Terms and Conditions – 789game Pakistan Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering for or using 789game in any capacity — whether to browse the site, create an account, make a deposit, place a bet or play any game — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 789game.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 789game does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds, place bets or play games on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a 789game employee where that relationship could create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had a 789game account closed, suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each person may hold only one account on 789game. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. 789game uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering your 789game account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid mobile phone number and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings or by contacting customer support.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or one-time PINs with anyone else.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact 789game support immediately via the email or chat channels provided on the platform.
• Account transfers: You may not sell, transfer or assign your 789game account or any funds within it to any other person.
• Corporate accounts: 789game accounts are for individual persons only. Companies, partnerships, trusts or other legal entities are not permitted to register.

789game reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

789game accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All balances are held and settled exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification.
• Deposits are credited to your 789game balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Any delay in crediting is the payment provider's responsibility, not 789game's.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.
• 789game does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Do not attempt to deposit in foreign currencies.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your payment account before initiating a deposit. 789game is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. 789game processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals via IBFT bank transfer may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 may be subject to an identity verification check before processing. This is a standard compliance procedure and 789game will notify you promptly if this check is required.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If your account is under investigation for a potential breach of these Terms and Conditions, 789game may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until the investigation is concluded.

Bonus funds, free bet credits and promotional amounts are not withdrawable directly. Only real-money winnings that meet applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for bonus and promotion terms.

789game offers bonuses, promotions and free bets from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which take precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus per account: Each promotion is available to each player once unless stated otherwise. Creating additional accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account closure.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Abuse: 789game reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if the platform determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Changes: 789game may modify, pause or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of changes will be notified of any material impact on their bonus balance.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and event betting conducted on 789game. Game-specific rules for casino titles are covered in Section 8.

• Bet placement: A bet is only accepted and confirmed when 789game issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. A bet placed but not confirmed due to a system error or connectivity issue is not a valid bet.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific market or event.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you view a price and the time your bet is confirmed. 789game will notify you if the odds change during bet placement and give you the option to accept or decline the new price.
• Void bets: A bet is void if the event is cancelled, abandoned before completion or if the specific market conditions that define the bet outcome cannot be determined. Void bet stakes are returned to your balance.
• Postponed matches: If a match is postponed, bets are void and stakes returned unless the match is played within 72 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at 789game's discretion. Markets may be suspended at any point during a live event. 789game is not responsible for delays in market suspension that allow bets to be placed after a key event occurs.
• Erroneous odds: If a price is published due to a manifest error or technical fault, 789game reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified of any such voiding and stakes returned promptly.

All casino games, crash games, slot games and other non-sports gaming products offered on 789game operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party auditing.

• Provably fair games: For provably fair titles such as Aviator and certain crash games, the outcome is determined by a cryptographic seed generated before the round begins. Players can verify any round result using the seed hash displayed in the game interface.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical failure during a round, the affected round may be voided and any stakes returned. 789game is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions that are outside its reasonable control.
• Disconnection during play: If you lose your internet connection mid-round, any pre-set auto cash-out or auto-play instructions that were already active will continue to execute server-side. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection before playing.
• RTP: The Return to Player percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. RTP represents a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• Game rule updates: Game-specific rules may be updated. The current rules for any game are always accessible from within the game interface.

• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

• Match-fixing, insider information or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Any activity that 789game reasonably believes constitutes illegal activity under applicable law.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, 789game may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately found, any legitimate funds will be returned. 789game will notify the account holder of its decision and the reasons for it as promptly as circumstances allow.

You may close your own 789game account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance of real-money funds at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method.

• In no event will 789game's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 789game account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
